Our Story

 

Muryel

Has a degree in engineering in business informatics. She started her professional life developing accounting, payroll and business management software (SAGE) before creating her own children’s clothing brand (Rikiboum) which she sold along with her 16 stores in 2004.

Thibaut

Has a diploma in Management and Finance. He spent 2 years at Deloitte as a M&A consultant. Then he took over the management of the Luxury Goods and Textiles business for the Europe zone.

Philippe

Has a double degree in engineering and business. He is a serial entrepreneur: in manufacturing (Les bâches de France), services (Architel) as well as technology (Kangaroo Village). He also co-founded a French private equity fund dedicated to digital companies (Serena Capital).

Muryel and Thibaut create Adèle Sand, their first samplesales showroom located in Paris in the Marais.

First sample sale in London (temporary showroom)

They establish Arlettie, a new agile player in the organisation of exceptional sample sales event.

With Philippe, they consolidate the French market by acquiring Catherine Max, the third largest French player, located in Paris Trocadéro, created in 1994.

Arlettie becomes the name of all the entities (Adèle Sand, Catherine Max...).

First sample sale in Milano (temporary showroom)

Muryel and Thibaut take over the majority of the capital accompanied by BNPP (minority shareholder).
