To preserve the rarity and exclusivity of certain sale events, some brands choose to restrict access exclusively to Members. Subscribers may occasionally be invited at the last minute depending on availability, but access is never guaranteed.
Limited editions, iconic pieces… They are marked with the label “Exclusive Offer” and are only visible to our Members during online sales. In showrooms, these items are also identified, and may no longer be displayed once subsciber access opens.

No. The sales calendar on our website allows Members to plan their shopping sessions in advance, without waiting for invitations. Simply present your Membership details in the showroom* and log in to your personal account online to access the e-shop.

Yes. Membership requests are processed daily, and we do our best to provide new Members with quick access. However, we recommend not waiting until the last moment to activate your privileges for your favourite sales.
