With the launch of an e-shop, Arlettie has expanded its showroom network, bringing the joys of modern shopping to a wider audience. With a customer base of over 300,000 members, Arlettie curates an exclusive sales calendar, offering a unique shopping experience to our community.
As part of our showroom events in New York, you will join Arlettie as a multi-skilled Sales Associate. You will play a key role in ensuring a smooth client experience and successful event execution, contributing across multiple phases :
Event Setup Phase : Before each event, you will contribute to receiving deliveries, checking inventory, and setting up products according to a floor plan specific to each sale, ensuring compliance with the brand’s merchandising guidelines.
Event Production Phase : During the event, you will be trained and assigned to different areas and tasks, such as:
· Greet clients upon arrival: check invitations and manage coat check.
· Provide personalized service and styling assistance across all product categories (RTW, Knitwear, Shoes, Jewelry, Leather Goods…).
· Maintain product displays and ensure restocking throughout the event to support sales and client satisfaction.
· Operate the cash register and process transactions, delivering an exceptional customer experience at checkout.
Repackaging Phase : At the close of each event, you will assist with reconditioning collections according to precise brand guidelines and their requirements.
Our showroom events in New York will take place at our dedicated space located in the Flatiron District in New York.
This is a part-time, event-based position with flexible hours depending on showroom activity.
Weekly hours range from 10 to 40 hours, Monday through Sunday.
Scheduling may vary from week to week based on business needs and your availability.
A transition to full-time employment may be considered after 3–6 months, based on performance, motivation, and staffing needs.

Expected Hourly Range: $22-$28/hour.
Salary will be determined based on relevant skills and experience.
You ideally have prior retail experience in ready-to-wear, jewelry, or leather goods, preferably in a high-volume environment.
