Johanna Ortiz has turned her roots into wings. The young Colombian woman flew to Florida to study fashion at the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale. When she founded her eponymous Maison in 2003, it was only natural for Johanna Ortiz to set up her atelier in Cali, her hometown.
