Emily Oberg could never have imagined that a simple moodboard would give birth to one of today’s breakout fashion labels. At the time a fashion editor at Complex magazine in New York, the young Canadian was collecting vintage sportswear photographs. A series of images, an Instagram post, and then a first collection: Sporty & Rich became the new icon of chic, comfortable sportswear. Inspired by Carolyn Bessette and Lady Diana, Sporty & Rich revives the spirit of the 90s and the art of wellness.
