•      Ensure all financial controls and cashiering processes are followed accurately across the showroom.

Team Management

•      Lead, train, and develop a team of temporary cashiers in a fast-paced sales environment.

•      Lead regular team briefings, communicating operational updates, sales targets, and key processes.

Customer Service

•      Ensure all team members deliver an exceptional customer experience at every stage of the client journey.

•      Manage client relationships, handling escalated enquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.

•      Act as a visible presence on the shop floor, welcoming clients, providing information, and resolving queries as required.

Administration

•      Oversee the upload of pricing to the till system and the preparation of point-of-sale materials, including pricing signage, using information provided by the Account Manager.

•      Report customer feedback and sales insights to the management team to support the success of each sale event.

•      Ensure all cashiering documentation, reporting, and administrative processes are completed accurately and on time.
