Passion for Cashmere

Eric Bompard, an entrepreneur at heart, embarked in 1985 on an initiatory journey through the steppes of Inner Mongolia to discover cashmere. There, he met a local entrepreneur who introduced him to the art of harvesting and weaving the soft, dense down of the Capra Hisca goat. Thus was born the Maison Bompard, driven by the desire to build and sustain a philosophy of style: quality materials, timeless cuts, and the art of color.
