Do I need to be a Member to access the sales?

As a Subscriber, you have the opportunity to access the sales by invitation. These invitations are sent by email to you before the event commences. However, your status does not entitle you to priority access.

Can I bring someone with me?

Your invitations are strictly personal. As access conditions vary for each event, we recommend registering your friend in advance so they can receive their own invitation. Generally, Arlettie can welcome new clients on the last days of the sale.

Can I access the current sale if I apply for membership today?

Your membership application will be validated within a maximum period of 72 hours but you may, if necessary, present yourself with your order confirmation at the entrance of our premises. Our hostesses will be able to welcome you and validate your request immediately provided that your account does not show any anomalies and subject to availability. You can contact our team via our contact form to obtain confirmation beforehand.

Can I access the sales on the first day as a Subscriber?

As a Subscriber you should refer to the dates and times indicated on your invitations.

I haven’t received my invitation, can I still access the sale?

It is possible that some invitations may be sorted into your “spam” or “junk” folder. If you have recently registered and have not received the invitation for the current sale, you can access the event by simply presenting an ID from the last days of the sale, during the hours specified on our website. Arlettie reserves the right to privatise access to certain exceptional sales for its Members and VIPs. This information will be indicated on our website and no invitation will be sent.
